Award Phase
Once the agency completes application review, final award decisions are made by federal staff with fiduciary and legal authority.
Notice of Award
The awarding agency sends a Notice of Award (NOA) to entities selected for funding. Acceptance of the NOA binds the recipient to the terms and conditions of the grant.
Recipients must also comply with federal regulations and policies throughout the award period.
